White Oak with Storm Grey & Black Onyx
This board measures 18 x 9 and is a Charcuterie board with epoxy pigment color called Storm Grey & Black Onyx. It has more serving area because no handles were added. It has "feet," so it isn't flat on a surface. If you will recall, Charcuterie boards are NOT Cutting boards. The only knife you should use on a Charcuterie board is a cheese knife. Charcuterie Boards
Congratulations on your choice. Just a couple of reminders. The only knife that should ever be used on a charcuterie board is a cheese knife. If you want to cut up meat, fruits, vegetables, etc., please refer to our Cutting Boards Section.
Knives will leave grooves in both wood & epoxy. Both must be washed with HOT soapy water to ensure that all bacteria is gone. Never put either one in a dishwasher. The main difference is that epoxy is softer than wood.
