Oval Purple Heart Charcuterie Board
Purple Heart Oval Charcuterie Board with a house inlay. The house was done in lavender, and a small quartz heart was placed in the bottom-right corner. This is a custom piece a landlord asked us to create for her tenants. Remember, you should not cut on a charcuterie board except with a cheese knife. Charcuterie boards are for serving, and cutting boards are for cutting.

Pigment/Paint Color
Decisions, Decisions, Decisions. This is where you can get really creative. We order our pigment from a place called Eye Candy. You can just tell us what color you want to use, maybe it matches your kitchen or living room or it's your favorite color. You can go to Eye Candy's website and look at the HUNDREDS of colors and let us know from there. If this is going to a friend or relative, consider the same as above in deciding which color to use. Or just give us a color like Blue and maybe a picture of where it is going and we will select something for you.
Wood Availabilty
Please note that not all wood is always immediately available. We source our boards from a variety of places. Please contact us at 1976woodworkingdesign@gmail.com to discuss.
Charcuterie Boards
Congratulations on your choice. Just a couple of reminders. The only knife that should ever be used on a charcuterie board is a cheese knife. If you want to cut up meat, fruits, vegetables, etc., please refer to our Cutting Boards Section.
Knives will leave grooves in both wood & epoxy. Both must be washed with HOT soapy water to ensure that all bacteria is gone. Never put either one in a dishwasher. The main difference is that epoxy is softer than wood.
