Aren't these so cute? I love Highland Cows. These are put on boards of various sizes and shapes of wood slices and small "cookies". The wood is either Basswood or Oak. The cow is an iron-on transfer; yes, you can iron on wood. Then I added the trough, hay, and hooks. I think they are just adorable. I can see it hanging on my Grandmother's wall by the back door. She and Grandpa would have loved it.

Want a different applique? Not a problem, just tell me what you want. Don't want the trough? No problem either. After all, troughs don't go with flamingos! Cow with Heart is only $40.

Sometimes the tree is dead, and the inside is hollow, allowing us to enhance the beauty by adding a little something to the board. If you have something special you would like added to the hollowed-out portion, please let us know, and we will try to work with you on your idea.

  • Wood Availabilty

Please note that not all wood is always immediately available. We source our boards from a variety of places. Please contact us at 1976woodworkingdesign@gmail.com to discuss.

All items are custom-made, one-of-a-kind pieces. Photos shown are examples of previous work and may not exactly reflect your final product, as natural variations in wood and epoxy are part of each unique creation.
